Touched by “The Power of the Open Book”
The Bible is not the same as any other book. It contains the very Words of God and the message is a powerful one that transforms lives. That is why Unlocking the Bible chose the slogan, The Power of the Open Book. Our goal is to proclaim God’s truth so that it has a huge impact in the lives of our listeners.
Here are five stories of how God has used our ministry to impact people with the Power of the Open Book:
“I spent 27 years in religion trying to work my way to heaven, always fearing I would do something to lose my salvation. Thanks to studying with Pastor Colin, we now understand grace.” Ramsey in Haiti
“Recently I received permission from our public library to lead a community study through ‘10 Keys for Unlocking the Bible.’ It is an excellent overview of the Bible!” Janice in Connecticut
“I love being able to read sermons online. The message you did on Mother’s Day was exactly what I needed! I need to parent more on my knees than burying myself in parenting books…” Dorothy in Washington
“Listening to ‘10 Greatest Struggles‘ last February brought me to Christ. Your preaching of God’s Word has helped ‘unlock’ my bondage to sin and RUN to Christ with a passion I never knew I had.” Karl in Iowa
“As I fumbled for the ‘off’ button, I accidentally hit the AM button, and there was Pastor Colin. Thank you for being there when I needed to hear God’s Word.” Naida in Chicago
